This is your friendly reminder that documentation of the 2024 Seasonal Flu shot is required to be submitted to the school no later than October 1, 2024.

Failure to submit your documentation could result in your suspension from courses and your clinical rotations. 

Your documentation should be uploaded into your Health Strategies course in the assignment labeled "1-D-2 2024 Seasonal Flu Vaccine".
