To: All 4th Quarter Students

This is your friendly reminder to complete the "Application to Graduate" which you will find in your END 403 course.

The information on the form is required in order to print your graduation certificate.  Please make sure you put your name as you want it to appear on your certificate.   Also make sure that your address in current with the school as certificates will be mailed to the address on file.

If you owe hours these must be made up prior to receiving your certificate.  100% of program hours must be complete and minimum course grades of 70%.

Only 3 weeks left until the completion of the program.
