Progress Reports for the Fall Quarter will be issued this week and are due back no later than Wednesday October 27th @ 12 Noon EST. 

Anyone with a grade below 70% must complete a progress report form, meet with their instructor, develop a plan for improvement, have your form signed by the instructor(s) and then return to the program director, Kellee Trice.

Failure to complete the progress report by the deadline could result your in your suspension from classes/clinical.
