Progress Reports will be issued at the conclusion of session 6, which is the mid-point in the quarter.  

Any students with a grade below 70% will be required to complete the 3-page progress report form, schedule a meeting with the instruction in the course in which they are failing and then submit the signed form to Kellee Trice (Program Director) no later than Tuesday July 7th.   Instructions on the process are on the form.  Failure to complete the progress report could result in your suspension from courses.

Note:  This only applies to students with a grade below 70% in any course.
