MUSC is a Level 4 Comprehensive Epilepsy Center as well as a Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center with world class technology (and attending physicians). For our long term EEG patients, we have a brand new dedicated Inpatient EEG Monitoring Room which is staffed 24/7, optimizing diagnostic quality and enabling quick-response patient care. As MUSC’s neuroscience program continues to expand, we are looking for strong dedicated people to join our team with a passion to deliver the best possible healthcare for our patients. Our Clinical Neurophysiology Lab proudly comprises five accredited labs including an IOM team, Outpatient EEG team, Inpatient EEG team, EMG team and Neurovascular team. In fact, we are one of the two labs in the nation that hold the most neurophysiology lab accreditations. Our technologists are among the most-qualified and talented available across the entire country. The Clinical Neurophysiology Department has built many opportunities for advancement within the department, as well as endless opportunities for continuing education.
