Anyone with an overall course grade below 70% is required to complete a progress report.   If you fall into this category you need to complete the progress report form, meet with your instructor for any course with a grade below 70% and then meet with the program director during open hours (listed below).  Failure to complete the steps outlined above in their entirety will result in your suspension from the program until this is complete.
