Having a good medical dictionary is useful however it is not required as part of the program.  

You can search online for many free medical dictionaries that will help with your reading.  Below is a link to the Miriam Webster Medical Dictionary.  I like this one because it allows you to hear the pronunciation of the word and also provides a link so that you can cite your source.
