Progress reports for the Fall Quarter have been issued.  

Anyone with a grade below 70%, in any class, is required to complete a progress report form, meet with the individual instructor and develop a detailed improvement plan, then submit the forms signed by both you and instructor(s) to the program director (Kellee Trice)  no later than Friday November 11th.

Failure to complete this process by the deadline could result in your suspension form courses until it is done.
