All enrolled students are required to upload documentation of 2019 flu shot into the Health Strategies course.   (Topic 3, #11-A 2019 Flu Documentation.)  

This is due no later than October 30th.  Failure to upload documentation will result in your suspension from clinical rotations until documentation is received.
